Bathroom and Kitchen Tile Projects need good planning and execution. The two projects featured here explain just that.
Mr Chuck Adams from Canadian Lakes Michigan left the following description of two projects he recently completed…. “If you are interested in hiring a home contractor who does quality work on time and on a budget, Lawrence is the person for the job. Over the years, I have hired him to upgrade parts of my home ranging from installation of new windows in my three seasons room to new tile and custom trim wood work. I suppose one could say that he is “a man for all seasons”. One of the finest jobs done was a major “face lift” to my downstairs bathroom. He guided me through the whole process from design and selection of materials that ultimately made the bathroom pop. He recommended new tile flooring, wainscoting, lighting, painting, and plumbing fixtures in complementary finishes. I am (and still am) happy with my existing shower in the bathroom and didn’t want to change it. Lawrence found a money-saving way to integrate the existing shower with the new finishes. Totally thrilled with the results of that room, I decided to do the kitchen. I wanted the outdated and creaky parquet floor to make way for something more resilient and modern. Although wood look laminate floor is popular, I wanted a product that would withstand all kinds of spills. He directed me to look at ceramic tile that mimics a natural wood appearance. Again, he came up with a tile that complemented the cabinetry. From methodical demolition of a parquet floor to precise installation of plank-like tile flooring, the job turned out great. Let me conclude by saying that Lawrence will use his lifetime of building experience to plan and execute a project that will make your home more comfortable and attractive. You can trust his competence and integrity”.
